Over 100 of the 276 schoolgirls kidnapped on April 14, 2014, still remain with the Boko Haram terrorists. A victim's mother told the BBC Pidgin that her daughter will soon turn 25 years old in captivity.
Amnesty International says the Nigerian Government has learnt nothing from the incident and has taken no measure to protect students from being captured in schools. About 20 parents have died as a result of the incident while the Federal Government of Nigeria says they still have the girls in mind. When the incident happened seven years ago, we wrote a story titled How King David Brought Back Our Girls. The first part of this post contains the post which was well received.
